What do you love most about what you do?

The fact that no two jobs are alike keeps things interesting and challenging. I’m constantly meeting new people and truly enjoy the networking aspect of the job. We offer both restoration and construction services and it is satisfying watching a project progress from the initial stages to the finished product.

How do you define success?

Success is the satisfaction of working hard towards a pre-determined goal, without worrying about the outcome. If you’re confident that you are giving it your all, a successful outcome is inevitable.

What advice would you give someone who is looking to get into this field?

It might sound cliché, but networking and getting to know as many people as possible is key. No matter the industry, the connections you make along the way play a pivotal role in the success of your business. Another important rule of thumb would be to educate yourself on all there is to know about your industry and expose yourself to as many real-life scenarios as possible.
